Our calculators are built using publicly available data from sources such as the Equity Release Council and the MoneyHelper guidance service, and are reviewed monthly. If your question relates to a specific lender quote or a personal financial decision, we recommend speaking directly with an FCA-authorised adviser, since we can't provide personalised financial advice by email.
When you write in with a technical question, please include the name of the calculator and, where possible, the figures you entered. It helps us investigate and reply faster.
